Creative Communities Round 1 2025 - 2026

To ensure the local scheme promotes a wide range of arts projects, please note the additional guidelines below:  

• Priority will be given to local Tauranga individuals/ organisations.
• Priority will be given to Applicants who have not received CCS funding in the last twelve months.
• Only one application per individual/ organisation per round will be accepted.
• The project must not have started before funding is approved.
• The project must be completed within a year of funding being approved. Please contact us if your project is delayed.
• Accountability reports must be submitted within two months of the project being completed. If you have already received funding from the Creative Communities Scheme for a project, you must submit the accountability form ( sent via Smarty Grants) before making another application.
• A summary of successful projects will be published on the Tauranga City Council website.

The personal information Tauranga City Council collects may include your name, addresses, email address, telephone numbers, information on your use of our services or facilities and any other information provided by you in connection with, or specifically related to your communications with us or, your use of our services or facilities.
